Photo Flow is a browser-based tool for organising photo folders. It is designed to keep your workflow local to your browser and to folders you explicitly select.

Information the app uses

When you choose a device folder, Photo Flow reads image files from that folder in your browser so it can show thumbnails, read photo dates where available, detect duplicates, and stage rename or delete changes.

When you connect Google Drive, Photo Flow uses your Google account permission to read folder contents, display thumbnails, and apply the changes you approve in the selected Drive folder.

Where data is stored

Photo Flow stores working state, remembered folder details, thumbnails, and Google sign-in tokens in your browser storage. A small Photo Flow session file may also be saved in the selected folder so your sequence and review choices can be restored.

Photo Flow does not sell personal information and does not operate a separate server for collecting your photos.

Google Drive access

Google Drive access is used only to provide the folder-management features you choose to use. The app requests access so it can read, rename, create, update, and delete files in Google Drive when you explicitly confirm those actions.

Your choices

You can disconnect Google Drive from the profile menu, clear browser storage, revoke access in your Google Account settings, or delete any Photo Flow session file from a photo folder.
